Hi!! I noticed we all love to remember our dreams, but it's not always easy. So I thought we'd share our tricks.. Here are mine: My way of remembering my dreams is to try to think of certain things that may have happened - based on knowing that I repeat actions in dreams.. So, I question if I was flying in my dream since this is a regular event. Or I question if there was water, or trees - just try to get a feel of the surroundings.. If I was outdoors. I also question if any of my family or friends were in my dream - to rule out closer to home premonitions or day-to-day evaluation dreams - If I was in my house, or a family members, or perhaps an older house I'd lived in. I try to guess my age in the dream too, as I tend to be older, or younger in some. I try to think of what I was wearing. Or I think of colours, and see if any of them trigger something. Trying to get in the habit of remembering each morning helps. And I'm not too fussed if I don't remember. The harder I try the more unlikely I will remember.. I sometimes remember a few days later - Or the most fun part is when I have Deja vu, and realised I'd dreamt that moment in time months earlier. Anyone else got any tricks?

I am not sure if this is a trick or not but lately, I've been waking up right after I have the dream and texting the whole dream to myself on my cell phone since it's the first thing beside my bed. I've tried to keep a journal nearby but I never remember when I do that.

:)I do the text trick too. Even just for keywords. At least then some of it is saved.
